It seems the adult formula is a little strong and the children’s not quite strong enough for me. I think I might try mixing them and see if that would be best formula for myself. Thanks Jessica

Hello Naomi, thank you so much for the feedback. We suggest using the kids for your sinus's if adults is to strong, and adults on throat, neck, behind your ears, chest, bottom of feet etc... see how that works. Mixing is a great idea as well😊

I ordered this for my three- and one-year-old because my oldest was dealing with shortness of breath, body aches, congestion, and a terrible cough.

After applying it on him, he slept peacefully through the night without a sound! I kept reapplying it as needed, and it worked wonders. Even the small amount left on my hands gave me a cooling sensation and helped me breathe better—even though I wasn’t sick! 😂
