I don't know if it was menopause frozen shoulder or if I "tweaked" something wrong, but I started having shoulder and arm pain so badly I could hardly move my arm without tears. I bought 2 because of the natural and clean ingredients and I was looking for something to help with my hip and knee pain. Two weeks ago they came in the mail and I have been using them every evening. I can tell a difference with my hip and can now sleep on it without pain. My knee feels better too and I can tell a difference when I sleep too! I have found using them after a warm bath does intensify the warmth but not to a point that it is unbearable. Just a small amount goes a long way. I will be buying more!
